1. CO2 removed

​When crops grow they naturally draw down billions of tonnes of CO2 every single year.

2. Straw waste is baled

​Unfortunately the vast majority of the CO2 that is drawn down is quickly released back into the atmosphere either through open field burning or decomposition.  Instead of burning we densify the straw waste, ready for processing by Farmed Carbon's unique technology.

3. Fast hybrid pyrolysis

Farmed Carbon’s proprietary mobile hybrid pyrolysis technology is transported to or near the farm where the straw waste is processed and transformed into stable forms of carbon such as carbon black and biochar.

4. Sequestered for millennia

All of the products developed by Farmed Carbon’s are sold to industry as price-parity, direct replacements for high CO2 emitting products. The carbon that would have been released to the atmosphere is sequestered for thousands of years.
